Cancellation

Confirmed reservations will have a cancellation policy in the following terms:

– Cancellations or modifications of paid reservations en- tail a penalty of 30% of the total value of the package and the request has to be made more than 8 days (not includ- ing 8 days) in advance before the departure date of the tour.

– – Cancellations or modifications between 1 and 8 days before the departure date result in a penalty of 100% of the total value of the package.

– The plane tickets of commercial airlines or charter flights included in the reservation are not refundable, in the event of cancellation the flights will remain in the name of the holders of the reservation who will be able to use the tickets within a period of 1 year, the holders of reservation will pay the penalties and rate changes at the time of use
